Finished Product

We never really did much with Eli's room as far as painting. We painted it the neutral color that was in the rest of the house since we knew we would likely have another baby, and didn't know if it would be a boy or girl. Once we found out it was a boy, we thought it was only right to make the room a boys room. We painted the lower half blue and put a chair rail up. Eventually we will need to think about bringing the toddler bed up and moving Eli out of the crib, but for now, he is pretty safe in there....I would hate to see what he might get into in the middle of the night! Here is the room after the painting...minus decorations.
