Wants vs. Needs

Tonight at supper, Isaac got up to get seconds on rice and ham. Here is the conversation:

Eli: "Isaac needs macaroni"

Mom: "We aren't having macaroni. We are having rice" 

Eli: "Isaac wants macaroni"

Dad: "What does Eli need? Does Eli need a time-out"

Eli: "No, I need a cheeseburger from McDonalds"

Not sure where that came from....he does like cheeseburgers from McDonalds. I just didn't know he needed one tonight. He is becoming quite the clown of the family. He has figured out how to get his big brothers to laugh!
